Seeing isn’t Believing at the Revery Bar:
Created especially for Valentine’s day, this experience is a sensory drinks menu, where the guest’s sight is impaired, allowing for touch and sound to play the main part in the drink choice. On arrival, the couple are handed a blindfold place across the eyes before being asked to make choices based on the feel and smell of the objects being placed in their hands, as well as the voice of the bartenders. The bartender will then suggest a drink based on the answers. Available from the 13th-15th February, the menu will also be served with three canapés per person created to tantalise the tastebuds.

Valentine’s at Flo Bar – Sensory Cocktail Menu:
This new bar based along the Thames at Fulham Pier is marking the romantic occasion with a special cocktail menu. Created in collaboration with behavioural psychologist and relationship expert Jo Hemmings to explore the role of the senses in relation to attraction and connection. Drawing on flavour, aroma, temperature and texture, the collaboration translates behavioural insight into a limited-edition cocktail edit available throughout February. Among those on the menu include: Rose & Strawberry Negroni , Butterfly Collins and Strawberries & Cream (Non-Alcoholic).

Meanwhile, main courses on offer include: saffron lamb chops with rose petal pulao and jus, Kerala-style spicy cod with saffron potato and red pepper fondue, and apricot kofta curry with fragrant basmati rice, while desserts such as strawberry rose cheesecake and gulab jamun churros compliment the rest of the menu.

Enjoy an intimate dinner at The Mayfair Chippy Knightsbridge: the restaurant is inviting couples to book its special ‘Lobster Pot’ booth to celebrate the occasion. On the menu includes the special Lobster Fish Pie (£65) for two, filled with lobster, Cornish crab, crayfish tails and smoked haddock, served with bisque gravy, peas and hand-cut chips.
