News: First Look Image of Cynthia Erivio in ‘Dracula’ Released

A first look image of Cynthia Erivo in Dracula has been released as Kip Williams’s production takes to the West End stage.

The Emmy, Grammy and Tony award winner will be playing all 23 characters in this stage adaptation of Bram Stoker’s classic story.

This is the latest production from Kip Williams, following on from The Picture of Dorian Gray starring Sarah Snook which enjoyed success in the West End and on Broadway. His production of Dracula is the final part of a Gothic trilogy of shows he created in Australia.

Deep in the desolate wilderness stands a crumbling castle; a mysterious presence lurking within. For centuries, Count Dracula has waited in hiding. Now, this phantom is coming out of the shadows. As the Count sets his sights on a fresh target, a new kind of terror begins – seductive, unstoppable and dangerously addictive.

Dracula features on its creative team designer Marg Horwell, lighting designer Nick Schlieper and composer Clemence Williams. The team is completed by sound designer Jessica Dunn, video designer Craig Wilkinson and dramaturg Zahra Newman.
