The concert will take place on the 22nd February at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
The complete star line up for the upcoming concert of To Maury With Love has been confirmed.
Joining the previously announced Ramin Karimloo, Graham Bickley, Rob Houchen, Kelly Mathieson will be Sydnie Christmas (the first female vocalist to win Britain’s Got Talent) and Madalena Alberto (Eva Perón in Evita and Fantine in the 25th Anniversary production of Les Misérables).
The concert will mark the composer’s 80th birthday and will feature songs from the composer’s musicals such as Titanic the Musical, Death Takes a Holiday, Grand Hotel and Nine. It will also include performances of never-before heard songs and an overture written especially for the occasion. The concert will be directed by Thom Southerland.
In addition the concert will feature a 30-piece London Musical Theatre Orchestra and a 30-strong choir of this year’s graduating MA Musical Theatre students from the Royal Academy of Music, under the baton of Mark Aspinall.
All of the profits from the concert will be donated to Bowel Cancer UK.
