Jack Thorne’s adaptation will run from the 12th November until the 9th January.

It has been announced that Matthew Warchus’s production of A Christmas Carol will return for its 10th festive season.
Over the last decade, Jack Thorne’s adaptation has performed to almost half a million people in London and has also been seen in Australia and America.
Talking about the news, Matthew Warchus said: “When I approached Jack Thorne a decade ago to adapt this much-loved story, set in the very borough that is home to The Old Vic, I knew that it had the potential to be something special but the international impact it now enjoys could never have been anticipated.”
In addition, it has been confirmed that the production has helped to raise £2.2million for food deprivation charities.
While casting for this year’s revival has yet to be announced, the creative team includes set and costume design by Rob Howell, composer Christopher Nightingale, lighting by Hugh Vanstone, sound by Simon Baker and movement by Lizzi Gee.
