NEWS: Samuel Abrahams’s ‘LADY’ to Open in Cinemas this Summer

It has been announced by MetFilm Distribution that ‘LADY’ will be released in cinemas on the 3rd July, releasing a trailer to mark the news.

Written by Samuel Abrahams and Miranda Campbell Bowling, the film stars Sian Clifford (Fleabag), Laurie Kynaston (How to Build a Girl) and Juliet Cowan (Back to Black).

Having had its world premiere at the BFI London Film Festival, ‘LADY’ will be screened at the Manchester Film Festival on March 21st.

LADY is an off-beat comedy about a lonely, narcissistic aristocrat who dupes a struggling, opportunistic director into filming her every move. But her obsession with the spotlight takes a surreal turn when she starts becoming… invisible. Blending mockumentary and magical realism, LADY satirises our desperate need to feel seen.

The film has been produced by  Stewart le Maréchal and Anna Mohr-Pietsch for MetFilm Production.
