The new restaurant concept blending American and French influences has officially opened this month.

From the team behind the Prince Arthur pub in Belgravia, Avi Bistro aims to transform classics into elevated dishes using premium twists. Designed for sharing, the menu is split into small plates, flatbreads and burgers, home-made pasta, fish, grill and sides.
Among the small plates available are New York Fried Chicken & Caviar and Caviar Fish and Chips, with the sandwich and burger section includes LA Brioche Noire Lobster Roll, an Entercôte Baguette & Fries and their signature Le Big Mac avec Truffle. If looking pasta, diners can choose from the likes of a Spicy Tomato Tequila Paccheri or Red Claw Lobster Linguine.
For those interested in the seafood offering, dishes on the menu include Carabineros with a spicy butter, Mozambique Squid on a bet of peri-peri sauce or Sea Bass Tom Yum. From the grill, guests can enjoy three different types of grilled beef – Cote de Boeuf, Fillet Steak with Smoked Bone Marrow, Australian Wagyu – or the Truffle Chicken Supreme.
Meanwhile, guests can also enjoy a range of classic and contemporary cocktails including The Tsar, featuring Belvedere Vodka topped with caviar, pickled onions and an olive, Le Jardin Secret (Hendricks Gin, St Germain Elderflower, Kiwi) and the Tropical Flamme (Tequila Reposado, Mango).
The design of the restuarant leans into a French bistrot dining room and can seat up to 45 covers.
In addition to its all-day dining offering, Avi will introduce a premium breakfast menu tailored to its hotel setting, open to both guests and the public. The menu pairs classic favourites with elevated touches, from artisanal sourdough egg dishes and signature muffins with hollandaise to indulgent options including lobster, trout gravadlax, and Ossietra caviar. Highlights include brioche French toast, shakshuka-style baked eggs, crab brioche, and potato rösti with smoked chutoro, complemented by fresh additions such as avocado and grilled heritage vegetables.
