NEWS: Colonel Saab to Launch Indian Sunday Roast & Brunch

It has been announced that Colonel Saab will be launching a brand new brunch on the 17th May and a Sunday roast on the 24th May.

At its Trafalgar Square location, the brand new brunch experience will blend a range of Indian flavours in sharing dishes. The menu will include Bombay Vada Pao – mini Indian street food burgers – Amritsari fish fingers, Zimikand and beetroot Tikki and the lentil fritter, wafer, yoghurt, chutney and spice flavour bomb that is Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chaat. For those with a sweet tooth, it also includes desserts like t Dark Chocolate Silk Cake with Thandai crumble, candy floss, fresh berries and a vanilla bean ice cream.

The plated buffet experience is £45.95 per person, with the option of upgrading to bottomless beer, red or white wine packages for £25 per person.

Meanwhile at the restaurant’s Holburn venue, Colonel Saab will launch a Sunday roast on the 24th May. Fusing the British tradition with the flavours of  a traditional Indian thali, the two course experience is served on a thali and features a choice of signature tandoori-grilled mains, like Grilled Malai Chicken, Fish Steak and Paneer Tikka. Each main is paired with grilled vegetables, baby roast potatoes and a warm butter naan, replacing the Yorkshire pudding.

The desserts come in the form of Gulab Jamun with ice cream, or their famous rice pudding. Guests can upgrade to bottomless beer, red or white wine packages for £25 per person. It is priced at £42.95 per person.
