It has been announced that the Marylebone Theatre’s production of The Price will continue to play until the 21st June due to popular demand.

Directed by Olivier Award nominee Jonathan Munby, the cast is led by Henry Goodman  (Yes, Prime MinisterFiddler On The RoofThe Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui) as Gregory Solomon and is joined by Faye Castelow (LeopoldstadtAfter the DanceThe Witch of Edmonton) as Esther Franz, Elliot Cowan (A Little LifeDa Vinci’s DemonsPeaky Blinders) as Victor Franz and John Hopkins (Dr StrangeloveThe 39 StepsPoldarkMidsomer Murders) as Walter Franz.

On the eve of selling their late father’s possessions, two estranged brothers meet in a cluttered New York attic for the first time in years. What begins as a simple transaction becomes a fierce emotional reckoning, as decades of resentment, sacrifice and buried truth erupt into the open.

By turns darkly funny and devastatingly human, The Price is one of Miller’s most intimate and explosive dramas: a gripping portrait of family where memory, regret and emotional inheritance collide.

Marylebone Theatre Artistic Director Alexander Gifford, said, on behalf of the Producers, said, “The response from audiences to The Price has been extraordinary and we are delighted to be giving it an extended run. The cast and creative team have delivered an exceptional production with Henry Goodman giving an iconic performance.”

The creative team includes designer Jon Bausor, lighting designer Anna Watson, sound designer Max Pappenheim, casting director Helena Palmer CDG, and associate director Eleanor Taylor.
