During the experience, visitors can step into the worlds of ancient civilisations from sailing along the Nile and passing through the ancient gates of Babylon, to exploring the remarkable worlds of the Maya and Rapa Nui.
Founded in Türkiye, DEM Museums has become known for creating award-winning immersive cultural experiences that combine history, science and innovation. The company’s previous experiences include Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum and the Ephesus Experience Museum.
This newly launched experience begins at Göbeklitepe, widely recognised as one of humanity’s earliest communal gathering places and among the world’s oldest known monumental sites, before taking visitors on a journey through the legendary worlds of Babylon, Ancient Egypt, the Maya and Rapa Nui.
Timewalk has been grounded in archaeological and historical research, with a 25 language audio guide also available to further enhance the experience.
It has been designed to accommodate visitors of all ages, with special dedicated storytelling for children, interactive experiences, a hands-on archaeological dig, and opportunities to meet costumed historical characters.
