Prroduction images have now been released for the current UK tour of Burlesque the Musical, based on the film starring Christina Aguilera and Cher.
Currently playing in Sunderland, the production stars: Faye Brookes as Tess Richarde, Gracie O’Brien making her professional stage debut as waitress turned burlesque artist Ali Rose, Ryan Carter (Titanique, Choir of Man) as Sean/Ms Loretta, Davide Fienauri (Kiss of the Spider Woman, Moulin Rouge) as Vince, Tyler Davis (Sunset Boulevard, Back to the Future the Musical) as Jackson, Vanessa Ela Young (The Drifters Girl, Moulin Rouge! the Musical) as Nikki, Macy Dermody Blythe (Dick Whittington) as Queenie and cover Nikki/Ali, Freya Baddeley (professional debut) as Peaches/ensemble/cover Daphne and Queenie, Kizzi Pink Simpson (CIRQUE – The Greatest Show) as Pearl/ensemble/cover Daphne, Leah Pugh (West End Does Christmas) as Daphne, Keith Alexander (Kinky Boots) as Dash/Ensemble, Owen Stringer (Mamma Mia!) as Joe/Trucker/cover Vince, Darnell Mathew-James (Kinky Boots) as Trey/Chardonnay/ensemble/cover Sean and Cecilia Petrush (MJ the Musical) as Alternate Ali. The onstage and off-stage swings and standbys are Callum Rose, Emma Lloyd , Emily Fitton, Rhys West and Alexander O’Reilly.

The complete creative team includes: Producer, Writer & Creative Director Steven Antin and it is directed by Racky Plews (I‘m Every Woman The Chaka Khan Musical, Green Day’s American Idiot) with choreography by Robin Antin (creator of The Pussycat Dolls).
