The MUBI Fest will take place between the 13th to the 15th November at the Hackney Picturehouse.

It has been confirmed that MUBI, the global distributor, streaming service and production company has confirmed additional programming for MUBI FEST, the immersive cinema event for film lovers taking place between the 13th to the 15th November.
This weekend celebration invites London audiences to watch previews of MUBI releases, recent festival highlights, and a curation of iconic cinema gems. Alongside the film programme, guests can hear from leading filmmakers and cultural voices in attendance; experience events that merge music and cinema in innovative new ways; catch free shorts programmes; and eat, drink and dance.
The festival will also bring the cinema experience beyond the screen, with live music, panel talks, social events and more, including a custom-built MUBI Library where visitors can explore MUBI’s publishing output, including NOTEBOOK magazine and books from MUBI Editions.
Films included as part of the festival are: Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma with an introduction by Gillian Anderson, Fred Wiseman’s The Store and Drop Dead Gorgeous from Michael Patrick Jann.
Due to popular demand, repeat screenings of the below films have been added:
- Paul Thomas Anderson’s acclaimed Cameron Winter at Carnegie Hall (2026), capturing Geese frontman Cameron Winter’s solo piano performance at New York’s legendary Carnegie Hall.
- Rose, featuring an award-winning performance by Sandra Hüller (Anatomy of a Fall), with an introduction from director and co-writer Markus Schleinzer.
- Lukas Dhont’s World War 1 romance Coward, with an introduction from co-screenwriter Angelo Tijssens.
- A Long Winter, with an introduction from director, co-writer and producer Andrew Haigh (All of Us Strangers).
