Showstopper! The Improvised Musical Extends Run

Following 10 weeks of wowing audiences and critics in the West End, it has been announced that Showstopper! The Improvised Musical  is extending and transferring to the Lyric Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue for 10 more performances between the 15th February and 25th July.

The production takes audience’s suggestions and transforms them into all-singing and all-dancing shows – with hilarious and unpredictable results.

Highlight shows from the West End run includes: ‘Royal Flush’, set in the Queen’s bathroom, ‘Blatt Out of hell’ at the Fifa Headquarters and ‘The Lyin’ King’ set in the Daily Mail Newsroom.

At every performance, the Showstopper team create not only an improv performance but a show that contains a story and characters that the audience grow to care about.

The production was created by Adam Meggido and Dylan Emery, with designs by Simon Scullion, lighting by Tim Mascall and sound by Tom Lishman.
