Running at the Wales Millenium Centre from the 28th March to the 2nd April, the brand new musical is based on the real lives of men and women caught up in the D-Day Landings.
Joining the previously announced David Thaxton, Caroline Sheen and Neil McDermott will be Emilie Fleming, who starred as Cosette in Les Miserables at the Queen’s Theatre in the West End last year.
Also included in the cast will be: Graham MacDuff, David Albury, Karl Anthony Queensborough, Helen Hobson, Nikki Mae, Gwydion Rhys, Max Bowden , Steffan Lloyd-Evans , Moyo Akandé , Thomas Aldridge and Rebecca Craven.
Only the Brave follows a group of men embarking on the ultimate mission, the friendship of two women united by love and loss, and the bravery of a young French girl determined to play her part.
The production features a book by Rachel Wagstaff, music by Matthew Brind and lyrics by Steve Marmion – who also directs this new show.
This new musical about love, hope and friendship has been produced by Wales Millenium Centre, Soho Theatre, Daniel Sparrow Productions and Birdsong Productions.
