Cast Announced for I’m Getting My Act Together And Taking It On The Road

Further casting for the revival of musical I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking it on the Roa, running at the Jermyn Street Theatre from the 6th to the 23rd July, has been confirmed.

Rosanna Hyland , Kristen Gaetz , David Gibbons , Alice Offley, Rich Craig  and previously announced Musical Director, Nick Barstow will join West End stars Landi Oshinowo (Shrek, Barnum, Sister Act) and Nicolas Colicos in the UK revival of Gretchen Cryer and Nancy Ford’s musical.

The Off-Broadway and West End musical was last seen in London 35 years ago when it appeared at the Apollo Theatre.

I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking it On the Road tells the story of singer songwriter Heather Jones who is finally breaking out of her celebrity mould, reaching for a new life as a new woman – no longer ‘daughter’, ‘wife’ and ‘celebrity product’.

The aim of this new production is to take audiences on a journey of self-discovery about love, friendship and new beginnings.

It will be directed by Matthew Gould, who has also designed the production along with  Edward Iliffe and features lighting design by Mitchell Reeve.

I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking it on the Road will appear at the Jermyn Street Theatre from the 6th to the 23rd July.
