Casting for the immersive production, presented by Les Enfants Terribles and ebp in association with Creature of London, has been confirmed ahead of its run at The Vaults from the 15th April.
Audiences first experienced the production in the summer 2015 which led to a 2016 Olivier Award nomination for Best Entertainment and Family Show, it now returns to London for a limited season from the 15th April until the 23rd September.
Casting for the production includes: Richard Booth, Farrell Cox,Dominic Creasey, Matthew Crouzieres , Jack Dorning, Emily Essery, David Frias-Robles, Alex Gilbert, Mathew Hamper, Nicholas Hart , Philippa Hogg , Richard Holt, Lydia Hourihan, Sam Hoye, Michael Humphreys, Kojo Kamara, Max Krupski, Robert Lightfoot, Emma Maclennan, Elizabeth Mary-Williams, Jonathan Mathews, Miranda Menzies, Michele Moran, Alice Morgan Richards, Olivia Nakintu, Rhys Owen, Will Palmer, Alan Pearson , Zara Plessard , Marah Stafford , Tom Syms, Kyle Taylor, Deborah Tracey, Meghan Treadway, Maxwell Tyler, Marta Vella , and Hemi Yeroham.
The production will also see Alexander Wolfe return as The Mock Turtle. Woolfe also composed the original song ‘The Mock Turtle’s Lament’.
Audiences experience immersive theatre in spectacular detail in this interactive, puppetry-packed, fusion of storytelling, music and circus deep below Waterloo station. Audience members are invited down the rabbit hole in intimate groups, where they will be presented with a choice of EAT ME or DRINK ME, which will affect the way their show will unfold… Make your choice and find yourself at the centre of the story as you wander through Wonderland, piecing together the puzzle to search for Alice who is lost in the looking glass.
Alice’s Adventures Underground was written by Oliver Lansley and Anthony Spargo and is directed by Oliver Lansley and James Seager.
