The Royal Shakespeare Company have confirmed that Matilda the Musical will present its fourth relaxed performance of the show on the 11th June. 

Following the success of its previous relaxed performances, the musical will once again host a relaxed performance to allow access to theatre for those with autism and learning disabilities and their families.

The aim of the performance is to provide a relaxed environment with elements of the production adapted to reduce anxiety and stress for those in the audience. For exampl, lighting and sound will be adjusted

The Royal Shakespeare Company is offering tickets for the performance on the 11th June for the reduced rate of £25 and £10, which can be booked through the RSC Ticket Hotline or in person at the Cambridge Theatre box office.

Matilda the Musical is based on the beloved story by Roald Dahl and tells the story of one little girl who has extraordinary powers. It is directed by Matthew Warchus with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin, choreography by Peter Darling and designs by Rob Howell.

The musical has won over 75 international awards and has been seen by millions of people worldwide, having played in 50 cities worldwide.
