New Adventures have today confirmed dates for its upcoming UK tour of Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella.
Opening at Sadler’s Wells from the 9th December, where it will play for seven weeks, dates for the new UK tour of Matthew Bourne’s production have been confirmed.
Set in London during the Second World War, Matthew Bourne’s production is at its heart a wartime romance. This new interpretation sees Cinderella and her dashing young RAF pilot have a chance meeting before being torn apart by the horrors of the blitz.

The production features Lez Brotherston’s costume and set designs as well as lighting by Olivier Award-winning Neil Austin. It will be performed in Surround Sound, designed by Paul Groothuis and featuring a specially commissioned recording played by a 60-piece orchestra.
2017 marks the 20th anniversary since the production first premiered in the West End and New Adventures’ 16th consecutive Christmas season at Sadler’s Wells.
