It has been announced that the UK premiere of Cirque Eloize’s Saloon will take place at Sadler’s Wells West End venue The Peacock from the 4th October. 

Audiences for Cirque Eloize’s show Saloon will be whisked to the Wild West filled with  he company’s trademark blend of spectacular circus and drama inspired by the Wild West.

Arriving from the 4th October and directed by Emmanuel Guillaum, Saloon is performed by a cast of eleven and features a soundtrack of non-stop live folk and country music including Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash.

It is the first collaboration between Cirque Éloize and the show’s musical director, Eloi Painchaud and will see  three musicians and singers on stage will all of the artists either singing or playing a musical instrument.

Since it was founded in 1993,Cirque Éloize has become a world leader in contemporary circus. It creates show that combine circus arts with music, theatre and dance.

Ahead of this UK premiere, Cirque Éloize will be presenting  their award-winning production Cirkopolis this summer at the Edinburgh Fringe, performing 4 – 28 August at the Pleasance.
