Cosy up with a festive film at Backyard Cinema: celebrate the start of the Christmas season, take a trip to Backyard Cinema’s new permanent home Capital Studios and visit its Christmas at The Snow Kingdom themed setting. The programme of screenings include Elf, The Holiday, Love Actually, The Lion King (2019), Home Alone, The Greatest Showman and Die Hard.
Visit to Christmas in Leicester Square: for those looking to do some shopping, take a trip to Leicester Square, where there are plenty of stalls to look at as well as a pop up theatre where shows such as La Clique and Austentatious: An Improvised Jane Austen Novel are showing.
Christmas at Kew: back for its 7th year, Christmas at Kew will take visitors on a brand new trail and feature brand new installations. Highlights include dynamic laser projections illuminating the iconic Temperate House, the Holly Bushes will sing, the Tunnel of Light will twinkle with thousands of pea-lights, and the flickering Fire Garden takes its place amidst the festive experience.
