London’s Theatre Cafe has released a new version of ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ featuring a cast of West End stars.

As a thank you to all those who have supported the theatre industry and the theatre cafe over the last year, the popular stagey venue has released a new video recording of ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’.

The video includes vocals from Alice Fearn, Stephen Ashfield, Hiba Elchike, Jay Perry, Emma Kingston, Jack Malin and Shekinah Mcfarlane, as well as up and coming talent Callum Henderson, Katy Haffner, Caleb Lagayan, Josh Barnett and Gracie McGonigal.

Meanwhile, the track also features piano and orchestrations by Christopher Bond, alongside Steve Jones (drums), Matthew Farrell (bass), Daisy Evans (saxophone), Thomas Fountain (trumpet) and Dafydd Thomas (trombone). The video was edited by Jake Waby Productions.

Despite theatres being closed, the Theatre Cafe has been able to support the industry with a few concert series including Leave a Light On, Out of the Darkness, Into the Spotlight and The Theatre Channel.

The venue hopes to re-open in the New Year according to government advice or when the tier that London is placed in changes.
