The restaurant, based on the bankside as part of the Hilton London Bankside hotel, has unveiled its new package to help people kickstart their weekend.

This newly announced Prosecco Fridays package provides unlimited prosecco for guests every Friday from 6.00pm – 8.30pm.
Having launched on the 26th Aprill, this new package means that guests can enjoy one and a half hours of free flowing prosecco alongside a three course meal, for just £40 per person. Dishes available as part of the menu include:
-Grilled asparagus with pickled Romanesco & purple cauliflower salad, baked
Roscoff onions & truffle or Miso cod, wilted bok choi, carrot & lemongrass puree,
squid ink cracker, shiitake mushroom vinaigrette, soy & sesame to start.
– Sea trout, pea puree, grilled asparagus, fennel salad & crushed jersey Royals or
Chicken breast, morel, pea & road bean risotto, shaved Parmesan, rocket & basil
oil for the main event.
– Crème brulee with spiced plum jam or mango & passion fruit baked cheesecake,
pistachio ice cream & pineapple salsa for a sweet dessert.
Located between the Southbank & Borough Market, OXBO Bankside’s new
offering adds to the range of weekday deals which already includes: ‘Wine Not
Wednesday’ offering, and its popular Saturday brunch and Sunday Roast.
