The film is set to be released in UK & Ireland cinemas on the 28th June.
A brand new trailer for Kinds of Kindness has been released for the Academy Award® Nominee Yorgos Lanthimo’s latest film, following on from Poor Things and The Favorite.
This new trailer comes as the film had its launch at this year’s Cannes Film Festival at which Jesse Plemons received the Best Actor Award.
As well as Jesse Plemons, the cast includes two time Academy Award winner Emma Stone (who collaborates once more following Poor Things) Academy Award Nominee Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Academy Award Nominee Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie and Hunter Schafer.
Kinds of Kindness is a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.
Released by Searchlight Pictures, the screenplay was written by Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, making this their fourth collaboration (The Lobster, The Killing Of A Sacred Deer, Dogtooth). The film has been produced by Ed Guiney, Andrew Lowe, Kasia Malipan, and Yorgos Lanthimos.
