The tours will take place at the Royal Opera House at various times on the 18th and 19th January.

The Royal Opera House has announced that it will be celebrating the UK cinema release of Pablo Larraín’s biopic of Maria Callas (10th January 2025) by hosting an exclusive tour honouring Maria Callas’ time in Covent Garden.
Featuring rare behind-the-scenes access, the tour will offer visitors a glimpse into Maria Callas’ life and her onstage career at Covent Garden. This will include an exclusive, up-close look at two costumes worn by Angelina Jolie in the film, which were designed by celebrated costume designer, Massimo Cantini Parrini.
During her career as an opera singer, Maria Callas had a long history with the Royal Opera House from her Covent Garden debut in Norma in 1952 to performing her last ever opera to a packed London audience in Tosca in 1965.
The film itself celebrates her life relived, and reimagined during her final days in 1970s Paris.
STUDIOCANAL release MARIA in cinemas across the UK and Ireland from 10 January 2025. Tickets for the tour are available here.
