NEWS: Six The Musical is Heading to cinemas Next Month

It has been confirmed that SIX the musical will be heading to UK cinema screens next month.

Filmed in the West End’s Vaudeville Theatre, this filmed version of the musical will feature the six original West End queens – Jarnéia Richard-Noel, Millie O’Connell, Natalie Paris, Alexia McIntosh, Aimie Atkinson and Maiya Quansah-Breed, all reprising their original roles.

Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the musical focuses on allowing Henry VIII’s six wives to tell their story through contemporary eyes through pop music and modern performances. The musical first premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017.

 Moss and Jamie Armitage directed the stage production, with Liz Clare directing the film version.

The show features choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille, costume design by Gabriella Slade, set design by Emma Bailey, lighting design by Tim Deiling, sound design by Paul Gatehouse, musical orchestration by Tom Curran, musical supervision by Joe Beighton, casting by Pearson Casting, associate direction by Franny Anne Rafferty and Grace Taylor, associate choreography by Freya Sands, musical direction by Katy Richardson and associate musical direction by Ellie Verkerk.
