It has been announced that Love Quirks: A New Musical will have a UK premiere this Autumn at The Other Palace.
Love Quirks is an award-winning musical about a group of flatmates who explore the bizarre tribulations of love, friendship, and all the blurry lines in-between. What they find is never what they expect, and they must face up to their own Love Quirks to move forward.
Produced by Love Quirks Limited and General Managed by JAS Theatricals, the show features a script by Mark Childers (The Kid From Brooklyn, USA Tour 2007) and a score by Seth Bisen-Hersh (The Diamond as Big as the Ritz, ATA Theatre 2024).
For this UK premiere, the musical will be directed by Cecilie Fray with set design by Bob Sterrett; costume design by Alice McNicholas and lighting design by Ollie McNally.

Talking about the news, Seth Bisen-Hersh, composer and lyricist, comments: ” Love Quirks is a labour of love. It began as asong cycle of my quirky cabaret love songs in 2010, then became a full-fledged musical. It took a decade to get the show off-Broadway, only to be disrupted by a global pandemic. Twenty seven months later, the show triumphantly opened off-Broadway to acclaim! In adapting the show for British audiences, we are falling in love with the piece again, and revelling in the universality of what love can be.”
