The annual theatre awards will return once more next year.
It has been announced that the Olivier Awards will return to the Royal Albert Hall next year, with the ceremony taking place at the London venue on Sunday 12th April.
The ceremony will mark the 50th anniversary of the Olivier Awards, which were established in 1976 as the Society of West End Theatre Awards. Sir Laurence Olivier gave his name to the ceremony in 1984.
The Olivier Awards celebrates theatre, opera, dance and family shows.
Nominations, hosts and performances for the 2026 awards will be announced in coming months.
