It has been announced that just over 50 years since it was released in cinemas, Monty Python and the Holy Grail is being celebrated with a special UK tour in which John Cleese hosts a special Q&A about the film complete with screening of the film.
The event will begin with an introduction from John Cleese himself, before audiences get to enjoy a full screening of the iconic film. Following the screening, audiences will be treated to a 45- minute Q&A interview with Cleese (hosted by a local interviewer) including the opportunity to ask their own with questions of the comedy legend. During the discussions, Cleese will reflect on the making of the film, the legacy of Monty Python…and everything else.
Talking about the news, John Cleese said: “I’m delighted to be celebrating more than 50 years of Holy Grail with these incredible live events around the country…mainly because I genuinely never expected either the film or myself to last this long.”
