The film, set to star Olivia Coleman, Alexander Skarsgård and Peter Dinklage, is set to be released in cinemas on the 30th October.
A new trailer has now been released for the upcoming romantic fantasy film, based on the short story The Wicker Husband by Ursula Wills-Jones.
Olivia Coleman (The Crown, The Night Manager) stars as a lonely fisherwoman who creates herself a ‘Wicker Husband’. However, the unconventional relationship sparks jealousy, outrage and chaos.
Starring alongside her in the film written and directed by Eleanor Wilson and Alex Huston Fischer atre Alexander Skarsgård (Infinity Pool), Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Elizabeth Debicki (The Crown), Marli Su (Anna and the Apocalypse), Richard E. Grant (Loki) and Nabhaan Rizwan (Informer).
The film made its debut t Sundance Film Festival in January and is set to be released in cinemas this autumn.
Wicker also features cinematography by Academy Award winner Lol Crawley, production design by Art Directors Guild Award winner Renátó Cseh, costumes are designed by András Dániel Tóth and Attila Godena-Juhász and the score is by Anna Meredith.
