NEWS: Moulin Rouge! To Celebrate fifth West End Anniversary With Special Performance

It has been announced that to celebrate Moulin Rouge! The Musical’s fifth West End anniversary, a special performance of the show will take place at the Piccadilly Theatre on the 11th November, starting at 7pm.

Tickets for the performance are on sale now, with tickets priced at £25 each.

The news of the performance comes with the new cast beginning performances on the 12th October. This will include:  Karis Anderson as Satine, Alistair Brammer as Christian, James Doherty as Harold Zidler, Daniel Fraser as the Duke, Richard Lloyd King as Toulouse-Lautrec, Ivan De Freitas as Santiago, Lindsey Tierney as Nini, Nick Len as Baby Doll, Billie-Kay as Arabia, Athena Collins as La Chocolat and Angela Marie Hurst as Alternate Satine.

Meanwhile, the company is completed by Gabriela Acosta, Andy Barke, Callum Bell, Alexandros Beshonges, Emily Bolland, Taylor Bradshaw, Robson Broad, Lucy Campbell, Bethany Chan, Lucia Coleman, Katie Deacon, James Davies-Williams, Kelly Downing, Onyemachi Ejimofor, Myles Hart, Annabelle Laing, Holly Liburd, PaddyJoe Martin, Jacob McLay Reid, Jago Mottart, Marios Nicolaides, Ben Rutter, Hassun Sharif, Jamie Shields, Risha Tavernier, Kalila Khan, Hakeem Tinubu and Tija Tkalcevic.

Moulin Rouge! Set in Paris in 1899 the story follows that of aspiring writer Christian and cabaret star Satine as they fall in love in Paris while facing opposition in many ways.

Directed by Alex Timbers, the musical’s creative team includes: a book by John Logan, choreography by Sonya Tayeh and music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Justin Levine.
