We round up some of the biggest releases happening in October…

This is the debut album from the actress and singer, featuring many of musical theatre’s best known songs, performed in distinctive vocal interpretations and orchestral arrangements. Among the songs on the album are: ‘The Sound of Music’ , ‘As Long as He Needs Me’ and ‘People’.

The Artist by Sydnie Christmas
This second album from the singer songwriter, theatre-star and BGT alumni is a record that has been self-written. Released on the 2nd October, the album includes songs such as ‘Run’, ‘Spirit’ and ‘Ready For It’.

From the projects Caro Emerald to The Jordan, Caro returns with a brand new album set to be released on the 16th October. This new album from the singer returns to the drama of 80s pop, the heartbreak of 90s ballads and the groove of classic R&B. Songs on the album includ: ‘Superstar’ , ‘Lose Our Head Sometimes’ and ‘Worship Me’.

Creeping Thyme by Sorrel Nation:
This is the second album from the singer and it is set to be released on the 23rd October. It will include tracks such as ‘Ran Jonny Ran’ and ‘Who Knows Where the Time Goes’. You can check out our interview with Sorrel here.

Instinct by Angèle :
This new album from the singer is her third release and includes the lead single “Love Triangle” featuring Caroline Polachek and SebastiAn. The record also sees her collaborating with Justice and Soulwax. It is set to be released on the 16th October.

The Night’s Not Dead by Tinie Tempah:
Set for release on the 16th October, the singer’s latest album is a series of interconnected chapters that tell the story and journey of a night out, from beginning to end. It pays tribute to the spaces and communities that bring people together through music. The album includes songs such as ‘Get My Attention’ and ‘Living Life’.
