Florian Zeller’s play had a run at the Apollo Theatre earlier this year.
It has been confirmed that Florian Zeller’s The Truth will play at the Theatre Royal Haymarket next year, with performances beginning on the 29th July 2027.
The new run of the production, directed by Lindsay Posner, will also see the return of Stephen Mangan (The Split, Episodes), Ardal O’Hanlon (Father Ted, How To Get To Heaven From Belfast), Sarah Hadland (Miranda, Strictly Come Dancing, The Job Lot) and double Olivier Award winner Janie Dee – all reprising their roles for this new run.
Florian Zeller’s play focuses on Michel, a man who embarks on an affair with his best friend’s wife all the while attempting to convince himself that honesty is overrated.
The Truth features a translation by Christopher Hampton, with the creative team also including: Set and Costume design by Lizzie Clachan, Lighting Design by Richard Howell, and Sound Design by Adam Cork.
