The full casting for the Royal Shakespeare production of Jonson’s Volpone  , appearing at the Swan Theatre in Stratford has been announced.

This production of the comedy will see Director Trevor Nunn return to the theatre that he helped to create during his time as Artistic Director at the theatre.

It will also see the return of Henry Goodman to the Royal Shakespeare Company, who was last seen in the company’s production of Richard III in 2003. This time he will take the role of Volpone a man who is obsessed with being rich.

The cast will also include: Orion Lee as Mosca, Matthew Kelly as Corvino, Andy Apollo as Bonario, Rihannon Handy as Celia and Miles Richardson as Voltore.

This production has been designed by Stephen Brimson Lewis, lighting by Tim Mitchell and the music has been composed by Steven Edis.

Volpone will appear at the Swan Theatre in Stratford-Upon Avon from the 3rd July until 12th September.
