From December 8th, as Pop Up Screens launches Cinema in the Snow, cinemagoers will be invited to wear their favourite festive knits in support of Save The Children’s Christmas Jumper Day.
London pop up cinema Pop Up Screens as well as launching their Cinema in the Snow season are inviting audiences to get further into the festive spirit by wearing their best Christmas Jumpers in support of Save The Children’s Christmas Jumper Day.
Those visiting a screening can donate to Save The Children at the Pop Up Screens Cinema in the Snow events, in return for wearing their silliest or most festive Christmas knits.
For this year’s festive season, Pop Up Screens will present a programme of classic Christmas movies to delight audiences both younger and older and have created a winter wonderland at the Hackney Showroom, East London.
Pop Up Screens’ classic Christmas movies line-up includes the much-loved family favourites Elf, Home Alone, Miracle on 34th Street and The Muppets Christmas Carol. Also added to the mix are films to curl up with, Love Actually and It’s a Wonderful Life as well as off beat comic classics The Grinch and Nightmare Before Christmas.
Tickets for screenings cost £20 for adults, £10 for under 10s and families can get a bonus price ticket of £50 for two adults and two under 10s.
