The new live action film based on J.M Barrie’s classic story is heading to Disney Plus next month.

Disney has released a new trailer for its upcoming latest live action film Peter Pan & Wendy, which is set to be released through Disney Plus on the 28th April.

This latest film based on J.M.Barrie’s classic story is directed by David Lowery who also co-wrote the script with Toby Halbrooks. The cast is led by  Alexander Molony (in his film debut) and Ever Anderson in the title roles. They are joined in the film by Jude Law as Captain Hook, Yara Shahidi as Tinkerbell, Alyssa Wapanatâhk as Tiger Lily, Joshua Pickering as John Darling, Jacobi Jupe as Michael Darling, Molly Parker as Mrs Darling, Alan Tudyk as Mr Darling, and Jim Gaffigan as Smee.

Wendy Darling, a young girl looking to avoid boarding school, meets Peter Pan, a boy who refuses to grow up. Wendy, her brothers, and Tinker Bell travel with Peter to the magical world of Neverland, where she encounters an evil pirate captain.

The film has been produced by Jim Whitaker, with music by Daniel Hart and cinematography by Bojan Bazelli.
