The Mayfair hotel has transformed its terrace into a floral haven for the summer.

The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences has been inspired by English country gardens to transform its terrace into summer haven for guests to enjoy, complete with floral displays.
Already home to a verdant 239m2 Living Wall which removes CO2 whilst contributing to healthy O2 levels , the hotel is extending its green ethos to The Terrace which officially opened to the public on the 14th of June.
In addition to this, the hotel has collaborated with London gin brand, Hayman’s, to offer a British Summer Spritz menu for guests to enjoy.

The outdoor terrace with capacity for 26 guests, allows guests and visitors to dine and drink al fresco whilst overlooking the vast expanse of Green Park.

Meanwhile, the new Summer Spritz Terrace menu includes offerings such as: London Spritz made up of Hayman’s London Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, prosecco; or a Peach & Rose made with Hayman’s Peach & Rose, prosecco, sugar syrup and soda. Alternatively, guests can indulge in elevated cocktail classics with the hotel’s take on a Pimm’s and lemonade with their Hayman’s Cup made with Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin, Pimm’s and Lemonade, or the hotel’s signature, a reinvented take on a classic. Atherol Spritz is made using Hayman’s London Dry Gin, Aperol, Cointreau and Grapefruit Juice. Each spritz is intentionally garnished with flowers and fruit. In addition to this, each pritzers will be topped with a mini charcuterie board to enjoy.
