Here’s a guide to some of the ways to mark Halloween this year…no matter your scare level!

Dracula: A Victorian Nightmare, The London Dungeon: this London attraction will see the infamous vampire flying in for a special experience this Halloween. Running from the 18th October until the 2nd November, this will be the first time that the attraction will step beyond fact and into gothic fiction, unleashing the undead into the city in an immersive crypt. It will whisk visitors back to 1886 immersed in the decaying Kingstead Cemetery, where ivy-strangled statues, moss-covered coffins, and eerie soundscapes set the stage for a spine-tingling face-off with The Count himself.

Halloween at Hampton Court Palace: from the 25th October until the 2nd November, Hampton Court Palace will celebrate the spooky season by inviting visitors to lose themselves in atmospheric projections and creepy sound effects as the palace and gardens are transformed by magical spells. As visitors explore, keeping an eye out for ghostly presences, they can also enjoy a spine-tingling story at a storytelling sessions.

Trick-or-Treating at The Paddington Bear Experience: for those with little ones, head to The Paddington Bear Experience from the 18th October to see Windsor Gardens getting a seasonal transformation glowing in autumnal colours and filled with festive fun.From 3pm daily, guests are able to upgrade their visit with a special Trick-or-Treat package (£10 per child), which includes: as ouvenir pumpkin sweet bucket, a selection of sweet treats throughout the experience and a pair of exclusive Paddington Bear ears.

Dark Arts: Deatheaters and Dementors, Warner Bros Studio Tour: on display until the 9th November, the returning feature at the Warner Bros Studio Tour, offers visitors a chance to experience Halloween as if they were a Hogwarts student. As well as stepping into the Great Hall with over 100 pumpkins floating above a sweet feast, Death Eaters will process through the Studio Tour and Dementors will also be lurking throughout the Studio Tour.

Halloween at Kew: follow a spooky light trail at Kew Gardens this Halloween (from the 17th October until the 2nd November) that is filled with spooky surprises. Watch out for tricks in the forgotten fairground and beware the monsters lurking in Frankenstein’s laboratory. As you wind through the haunted woods, be careful of giant spiders waiting in creepy cobwebs, ghastly ghouls and wicked witches.
Horroctober 2025 at the Prince Charles Cinema: for those who adore their horror films, you will be pleased to learn that its special season devoted to horror films is back for a new season! With films such as The Silence of the Lambs, The Blair Witch Project and The Shining in the line up – there is plenty to suit all tastes!

The Traitors: Live Experience: the official live experience of the BAFTA and Emmy award-winning TV series is running a special Halloween edition from 24th October – 2nd November. This special version of the event will allow guests to sip limited-edition Halloween cocktails at The Cloak & Dagger bar after gameplay, including Killer Clown (a deceptively sweet pink martini crowned with candyfloss) and Berried Alive (a jet-black vodka mix with lychee “eyeballs”). The experience itself will feature eerie details — from cryptic messages hidden in the shadows and the haunting singing dolls featured in both the UK and US series, to a sinister clown costume waiting to be discovered…
