The new wellness and spa menu for the hotel has been created in collaboration with Alexandra Soveral.

The Stradom House Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection has officially launched a new holistic wellness and spa treatment menu at SÓL Spa in collaboration with notable London-based wellness practitioner Alexandra Soveral.
This hotel is set within a meticulously restored 14th-century monastery, seamlessly weaving longevity, holistic wellness and urban hospitality with the SÓL Spa at the heart of the experience developed in partnership with London-based practitioner Alexandra Soveral, whose philosophy of plant-based, intuitive skincare informs the spa’s treatments alongside the hotel’s scent identity and in-room amenities.
Inspired by Poland’s centuries-old salt-mining traditions, SÓL Spa has now unveiled an expanded treatment menu, introducing a new collection of holistic face and body rituals rooted in advanced bodywork and natural healing traditions.
This new menu is divided into three parts: Face, Back & Body and Heritage. Among the facial treatments are signature “Soveral Method” facial treatments, designed to restore skin health through lymphatic drainage, deep facial massage and bioactive skincare formulations. Guests can choose from the signature Soveral Method, a 60-minute treatment focused on regeneration, radiance and muscular release, the more intensive Soveral Method Plus, which incorporates detoxifying masks, massage stones and additional sculpting techniques, or the shorter Soveral Express, which delivers an immediate lifting and hydrating effect using hyaluronic acid-rich formulations designed to refresh tired or travel-stressed skin.
In addition, Alexandra Soveral has also developed the SÓL Oil Bar, a personalised aromatherapy massage experience rooted in her longstanding expertise in essential oils and holistic healing. Drawing on her background in aromatherapy and natural plant medicine, the treatment uses bespoke blends of botanical oils selected according to each guest’s physical and emotional needs, creating a highly sensory ritual designed to calm the nervous system, support skin nourishment and encourage mind-body regeneration.
Meanwhile, Bodywork specialist Beata Aleksandrowicz has designed the signature Deep SÓL treatment, combining deep tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, Thai stretching, touch therapy and energy work to release muscular tension and restore overall balance. The Deep SÓL is offered in two iterations: the back treatment finds the root cause of tension in the back to provide relief and maintain overall relaxation and strength throughout the body, while the body treatment allows guests to relax, while addressing muscle tension.
Guests can also experience heritage-inspired rituals developed with face massage expert Shiri Aharoni, including traditional facial massage using handcrafted agate gua sha tools rooted in Chinese and Taiwanese medicine. Designed to improve circulation, release facial tension and promote natural collagen production, the treatments combine ancient techniques with a contemporary wellness approach. Further additions include the SÓL Ceremony, a mineral-rich salt exfoliation ritual inspired by Kraków’s historic salt-mining heritage, alongside a bespoke Polish Herbal Clays treatment using herbal extracts and mineral-rich clays to detoxify and nourish the skin. Together, the new menu reflects SÓL Spa’s holistic approach to relaxation, skin regeneration and long-term wellbeing.
The spa also offers a 20-meter indoor pool, steam room, bio sauna, infrared salt sauna, and relaxation areas, as well as a fully equipped fitness studio.
