The new film from David Lowery (A Ghost Story, Green Light) will be released in cinemas from the 24th April.
A brand new trailer has now been released for David Lowery’s Mother Mary, set to be released later this month.
Long-buried wounds rise to the surface when iconic pop star Mother Mary (Anne Hathaway) reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer Sam Anselm (Michaela Coel) on the eve of her comeback performance.
The cast for the film also includes: Hunter Schafer, Jessica Brown Findlay, Alba Baptista, and Sian Clifford.
Mother Mary marks the first film from David Lowery since 2020’s Green Light.
Meanwhile, the music for the film has been written and produced by Jack Antonoff and Charli xcx, with additional songs by FKA twigs, who also features in the film.
In addition, it has been announced that The Mother Mary: Greatest Hits album arrives April 17 and features additional songs by Hathaway, Charli xcx, and Jack Antonoff.
